XY11 Rotation Accuracy Measurement Fixture
Fixture for measuring rotation accuracy using a stage.
The rotational accuracy of the brushless motor is measured using a capacitive displacement gauge. First, the four bolts that secure the base are loosened, allowing the base to be shifted in two axial directions to determine its position, after which the bolts are tightened again to secure it. Since the head of the displacement gauge needs to be fixed just before making contact with the brushless motor, special care is required during the tightening of the bolts.
